EASY RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Dab Wheel purchase. If you've changed your mind about your purchase or if you're dissatisfied with a product, our straightforward return and exchange policy is designed to make the process hassle-free. This is our commitment to building trust and ensuring that you can buy from us with confidence.
Dab Wheel accepts returns for products that are unopened and in their original packaging. To start a return, please email contact@dabwheel.com to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA). A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns, and Dab Wheel may decline return requests at its discretion.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs for all returns and warranty claims. Devices must be fully cleaned and legally compliant before sending them in. Dab Wheel will test each device and repair or replace it when appropriate.
Refunds are available only for new, unused products purchased directly from www.dabwheel.com and must be returned within 14 days of delivery. If the tamper-proof seal is broken, we cannot issue a refund.
If your product was purchased from an authorized Dab Wheel retailer, please contact that retailer directly for any refund requests, as their individual return policy will apply.
